PUNTR (the website puntr.in and related services) is operated by Spaeman Hawk Services LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (GSTIN 27ADYFS0432K1ZJ), with its registered office at 3/5, Mohan Naik CHS, Naigaon, Dadar (East), Mumbai, Maharashtra ("PUNTR", "we", "us"). These terms govern your use of PUNTR. By creating an account, paying for a plan or using the website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use PUNTR.
PUNTR helps creators (influencers, YouTubers, artists and other content creators) present themselves to brands with a profile and media kit, and helps brands find and contact them. PUNTR is not a party to any deal between a brand and a creator. Brands and creators agree the work, fees, timelines and payment directly with each other; no payment between them passes through PUNTR, and PUNTR takes no commission on it. We do not guarantee that any enquiry will lead to a collaboration, or that the other party will perform or pay.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. If you use PUNTR for a business or agency, you confirm you are authorised to act for it and accept these terms on its behalf.
Give accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once at support@puntr.in if you think someone else has used it. One person or business may not create accounts to get around limits or suspensions.
You keep ownership of the content you upload. By publishing a profile or media kit, you give PUNTR a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, format and share it (on the website, in shareable links, PDFs and search results, and in PUNTR's promotion of your profile) for as long as it is published. You confirm that:
When you connect Instagram or YouTube, we read the data described in our Privacy Policy to show it in your media kit. You can disconnect at any time.
Some plans include an AI writer that drafts text for your media kit from the facts you provide. AI drafts can be wrong; review and edit them before publishing. You are responsible for what you publish.
Brands use PUNTR free of charge. Contact creators only about genuine collaborations. Do not send spam, copy or scrape profiles, or use a creator's content or name without their written permission.
Creators list their artist profiles with a paid plan; companies can ask us for a custom Enterprise plan. Prices (inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise), features and duration are shown on the plans or offer page when you buy. Payments are processed by our payment partner Cashfree Payments; we do not store your card or bank details. A paid plan starts when payment is confirmed, or on the launch date shown at purchase for pre-launch offers.
Founding Artist offer (pre-launch): a one-time payment for the first year of the plan described on the offer page, starting on PUNTR's launch date. The price depends on when you join, as shown on the offer page.
Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Do not post anything unlawful, false, defamatory, obscene, hateful or infringing; impersonate anyone; buy or fake followers or engagement and present them as genuine; harass other users; try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the website; or collect other users' data. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and report illegal activity to the authorities.
The PUNTR name, logo, website design and software belong to Spaeman Hawk Services LLP. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.
You can close your account at any time from your dashboard or by writing to support@puntr.in. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, with notice where reasonable. Refunds on closure follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
PUNTR is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate, secure and online, but do not promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything a brand or creator does or fails to do; our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid PUNTR in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to compensate PUNTR for losses and reasonable costs caused by your breach of these terms, your content, or your dealings with other users.
For content posted by users, PUNTR acts as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. Report content that you believe is unlawful to our Grievance Officer below.
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with its date and, for important changes, tell registered users by email before they apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
